A New Chapter: Our First 100 Chairs in the New Facility

Big things have been happening behind the scenes at Evergreen Patio.

Over the past several months, we’ve been working toward a goal that’s been a long time coming: expanding into a new facility that gives us the space to grow while staying true to how we’ve always done things. Today, we’re proud to share a major milestone — our first 100 chairs have officially been built in our new shop.

This new facility isn’t about becoming bigger for the sake of being bigger. It’s about being better prepared, more efficient, and more intentional as demand continues to grow — especially as we head into the spring season.

Built the Same Way — Just With More Room to Do It

Even with more space, our process hasn’t changed.

Every chair is still handcrafted right here in Cave Spring, Georgia. Our team is cutting, welding, assembling, and finishing each piece by hand — the same way we always have. The difference now is that we finally have the room to build ahead, organize better, and create a smoother flow from start to finish.

Hitting 100 chairs in this new facility is a big deal for us because it represents more than a number. It represents momentum, teamwork, and the countless hours that go into doing things the right way.

Gearing Up for the Spring Rush

Spring is our busiest time of year, and we’re already preparing.

With warmer weather on the horizon, we’re working hard to build up a strong inventory so customers don’t have to wait longer than necessary. That means long days in the shop, steady production, and a lot of pride in watching rows of finished chairs come together.

Our goal is simple: be ready when spring hits, without sacrificing quality or craftsmanship.
