Shipping and Returns

At Evergreen Patio, we work hard to get your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

Most of our products include FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions may apply based on the size of the item and delivery location.

Western Shipping Fee — $85.00

A $85.00 Western shipping fee applies to orders shipped to: Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Idaho (ID), Montana (MT), Nebraska (NE), Nevada (NV), New Mexico (NM), North Dakota (ND), Oregon (OR), South Dakota (SD), Utah (UT), Washington (WA), and Wyoming (WY).

The fee is based on the delivery address. If you live in one of these states but ship your order to a state eligible for free shipping, the Western shipping fee does not apply. For deliveries to the states listed above, the $85.00 fee will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Large & Oversized Items

Large fire pits, furniture bundles, and other oversized products may ship by freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.

Freight deliveries are generally curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver the shipment to the curb or end of your driveway. Customers are responsible for moving the product from the delivery location to its final destination.

Please inspect freight shipments upon arrival. If you notice visible damage, make a note of it with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.

Freight Delivery Access — 36" Fire Pits and Larger

All fire pits 36" and larger ship on a pallet by freight carrier, using either a 26-foot truck or an 18-wheeler.

Please make sure your delivery address is accessible to these trucks. Low-hanging trees and limited truck access can prevent delivery. These trucks cannot access rural locations without a safe turnaround.

If a truck cannot access your location, enter a different, accessible shipping address at checkout or add a delivery note requesting to meet the carrier at an accessible location. Please arrange the meeting location with the carrier.

Use the Delivery notes box on the fire pit product page or Delivery / order notes in your cart to tell us about access restrictions, low-hanging trees, turnaround space, or plans to meet the carrier.

Fire Pit Lids

Due to their size, 41", 42", and 48" fire pit lids cannot be shipped individually. These lids must be purchased and shipped with a compatible fire pit or qualifying freight shipment.

Processing & Delivery

Because many of our products are large, heavy, or made to order, processing and delivery times can vary by product and season.

Once your order ships, tracking or freight delivery information will be provided when available.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Evergreen Patio purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before returning any merchandise so we can help determine the best solution.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Because many of our products are oversized and expensive to ship, please contact us before sending anything back.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or specially ordered products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested so we can quickly determine the best way to make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Original shipping or freight charges, when applicable, may not be refundable.
