At Evergreen Patio, we design and build our own outdoor furniture and fire pits right here in Cave Spring, Georgia. Our products are not mass-produced or imported. Every piece is built one at a time by skilled craftsmen using heavy-duty materials made to last.

Your fire pit arrives ready to use right out of the box.

Our fire pits are made from extra thick steel designed to last many years. Depending on use and environment, some bowls can take decades before rust significantly affects them.

Yes. The steel bowl will become hot during use. This allows it to absorb and radiate heat efficiently.

Please do not touch the fire pit while a fire is burning or shortly after use.

We recommend placing heat protection between the fire pit and your surface.

This is especially important on wood decks, as radiant heat may scorch the surface. Small embers may also fall through the drain hole.

Always use caution and protect the surface beneath the fire pit.

The washers on the feet are zinc-coated to resist weather. On smooth surfaces such as concrete or stone, you may occasionally see light marks.

Using a snuffer lid will greatly reduce ash or embers falling through the drain hole and help keep the surrounding area cleaner.

All steel naturally oxidizes over time, creating a protective rust patina. This is normal and actually helps protect the steel.

Over time your fire pit will slowly darken and develop character.

Some customers choose to apply high-temperature paint, though it may require reapplication each year.

Covering is not required. However, using a snuffer lid can help keep rain and moisture out of the bowl.

Yes, although a $25 cleaning fee will be charged.

Yes, we will gladly accept any returns. If the fire pit has already been burned in, then a cleaning fee will be applied. Evergreen Patio will not pay return shipping unless there has been a manufacturing defect.

Thicker Lumber

Most of our chairs are built with 1" thick poly lumber, compared to the common ¾" boards used by many manufacturers.

This results in heavier, stronger furniture built for both residential and commercial use.

Most chairs arrive mostly assembled and take less than 10 minutes to complete using a drill.

All Evergreen Patio products are handmade in the USA at our shop in Cave Spring, Georgia.

HDPE stands for High Density Polyethylene, an extremely durable plastic used in products like:

For outdoor furniture, it performs far better than wood and is made from recycled plastic materials.

It is resistant to fading. The color runs completely through the material, so scratches or wear will not expose another color.

Poly Adirondack chairs typically weigh 40–50 lbs each, making them sturdy enough to stay in place even in strong winds.

No. Our furniture is made entirely from solid HDPE plastic and contains no natural wood fibers.

Yes. UV stabilizers are built into the material to help prevent fading.

Painting is not necessary.

Cleaning is simple:

We use stainless steel hardware to prevent rust and ensure long-lasting durability.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products.

If you'd like to exchange your chairs for another color or size, we will gladly work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Return Guidelines

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
  
• If purchased through PayPal, refunds will be returned to your PayPal account.
  
• All other refunds will be applied back to your credit card.
  

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving returned items.

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Evergreen Patio will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
