Fire Pit Warranty

At Evergreen Patio, our fire pits are built from heavy-duty steel and designed to provide years of outdoor enjoyment. We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship with the following limited warranty.

10-Year Residential Warranty

Evergreen Patio fire pits are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty for residential use from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in the steel construction, welds, and workmanship that occur during normal residential use.

3-Year Commercial Warranty

Evergreen Patio fire pits used in commercial or high-use settings are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

Restaurants and bars
Hotels and resorts
Apartment and condominium communities
Vacation rental properties
Campgrounds and recreation facilities
Businesses and event venues
Other public or commercial environments

What Is Covered

During the applicable warranty period, Evergreen Patio warrants our fire pits against manufacturing defects including:

Structural failure caused by a manufacturing defect
Defective welds
Defects in materials or workmanship
Premature structural failure of the fire pit under normal and intended use

If a product is determined to have a covered defect, Evergreen Patio may, at our discretion, repair the product, provide replacement parts, or replace the affected product or component.

Natural Rust & Weathering

Our fire pits are made from steel and are designed to develop a natural weathered appearance when exposed to the elements.

Surface rust, oxidation, discoloration, patina, and changes in the appearance of the steel are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Outdoor exposure, moisture, heat, ash, and repeated fires will naturally change the appearance of the steel over time.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Surface rust, oxidation, or natural patina
Normal discoloration caused by heat or outdoor exposure
Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use
Improper installation or modification
Damage caused by moving, dropping, or transporting the fire pit
Excessive or unusually large fires
Use of fuels or materials not intended for a wood-burning fire pit
Standing water, improper drainage, or prolonged exposure to excessive moisture
Damage caused by saltwater, pool chemicals, fertilizers, or other corrosive chemicals
Severe weather, flooding, falling objects, or other acts of nature
Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Normal changes caused by exposure to high heat are an expected part of using a steel fire pit and are not covered unless they result from a manufacturing defect.

Fire Pit Accessories

Accessories such as snuffer lids, cooking grates, ash grates, griddles, and other removable components are subject to significant heat exposure and normal wear during use.

Surface rust, discoloration, minor warping, and other cosmetic changes caused by heat and outdoor exposure are considered normal wear and are not covered as manufacturing defects.

Proper Use & Care

For the longest life of your Evergreen Patio fire pit:

Use the fire pit only on a stable, non-combustible surface.
Do not allow water to remain standing inside the fire pit for extended periods.
Remove excessive ash after the fire pit has completely cooled.
Never use gasoline or other highly flammable liquids to start or maintain a fire.
Keep the fire pit a safe distance from structures, furniture, trees, and other combustible materials.
Allow the fire pit and accessories to cool completely before covering, moving, or storing them.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Evergreen Patio with:

Your name and contact information
Order number or proof of purchase
A description of the issue
Photos clearly showing the affected area
Photos showing the complete fire pit

We may request additional information or photographs to determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and begins on the original purchase date.

10-Year Residential Warranty

Evergreen Patio poly furniture is covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty for residential use from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in the poly lumber, construction, and workmanship that occur during normal residential use.

3-Year Commercial Warranty

Evergreen Patio poly furniture used in commercial or high-use settings is covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

Restaurants and cafés
Hotels and resorts
Apartment and condominium communities
Pools and recreation facilities
Businesses and offices
Vacation rental properties
Schools, churches, and community facilities
Other public or commercial environments

What Is Covered

During the applicable warranty period, Evergreen Patio warrants the furniture against manufacturing defects including:

Structural failure of the poly lumber under normal use
Cracking or splitting caused by a manufacturing defect
Defects in workmanship or assembly
Failure of components determined to be defective under normal use

If a product is determined to have a covered defect, Evergreen Patio may, at our discretion, repair the product, provide replacement parts, or replace the affected product or component.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Normal weathering or minor color changes from outdoor exposure
Scratches, scuffs, stains, or cosmetic damage
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use
Improper assembly, modification, or unauthorized repairs
Accidents, impacts, or excessive loads
Damage caused by fire or extreme heat
Severe weather, falling objects, flooding, or other acts of nature
Improper storage or transportation
Damage caused by chemicals or improper cleaning products
Damage caused by placing furniture too close to fire pits, grills, heaters, or other heat sources

The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or costs associated with moving, transporting, or reinstalling furniture unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Hardware

Our poly furniture is built using durable outdoor-rated hardware. Hardware is subject to normal environmental exposure and wear. Surface discoloration, oxidation, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect the structural performance of the furniture are not considered manufacturing defects.
