Big Upgrades Coming to the Evergreen Patio Welding Shop

At Evergreen Patio, we’re always looking for ways to build better products and bring new ideas to life. Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes making some major changes in our welding shop — and it’s all leading up to something we’re really excited about.

We’ve been reorganizing workspaces, creating new production areas, and preparing the shop for a powerful new piece of equipment: a fiber laser cutting machine.

This addition is going to open up a whole new level of possibilities for us.

What a Fiber Laser Means for Our Shop

Fiber laser technology allows for incredibly precise metal cutting and engraving. With this new capability, we’ll be able to:

• Cut detailed designs in steel

• Experiment with new product ideas

• Improve precision in our manufacturing

• Expand our line of outdoor products

For us, this isn’t just about adding another machine — it’s about expanding our creative capabilities.

Many of the ideas we’ve sketched out over the years are about to become possible in ways they weren’t before.

Months in the Making

Preparing for this upgrade hasn’t happened overnight. Over the past several months, we’ve been carefully reorganizing the shop to make sure everything has the space it needs to run efficiently.

That has meant:

• Moving equipment

• Creating dedicated work areas

• Improving workflow in the welding shop

• Making room for future growth

All of this work sets the stage for what’s coming next.

Exciting Things Ahead

Once the fiber laser is installed and running, we’ll be able to start experimenting with new designs and products that we’ve been eager to try for a long time.

We can’t wait to see what comes out of this next chapter of creativity in the shop.
